Hiroshi Nakanishi, CEO

Biography:

Mr. Hiroshi Nakanishi joined Mitsubishi Corporation in 1988 and started his career in the aircraft leasing industry. In 1996, he transferred to Mitsubishi International Corporation, New York Office, where he worked in the defense industry and trading of aircraft equipment as well as in aircraft leasing. In 2002, he returned to Tokyo from New York and became Deputy General Manager of the Airline Business Unit of Mitsubishi Corporation in 2006.
He assumed the post of CEO of MCAP in May 2012, after the post of COO since MCAP has been founded.

Yoshio Kawakami, CFO

Biography:

Mr. Yoshio Kawakami joined Mitsubishi Corporation in 1978 and was assigned to the Chemicals Administration Department. Following that assignment, he was engaged in accounting and treasury work at the Mitsubishi Corporation headquarters (Tokyo) and the Kansai Branch (Osaka).
In 1993, he relocated to London to work for the Accounting Department of Mitsubishi Corporation UK PLC. After his return to Tokyo, he worked in investment management in the Energy Group of Mitsubishi Corporation. In 2002, he relocated to Jakarta to assume the post of the Deputy General Manager of Jakarta Representative Office of Mitsubishi Corporation.
In August 2008, he returned to Tokyo and became CFO of MCAP.
